Want to get Driver Ed completed before the school is out this year.  A new class is starting NEXT TUESDAY MAY 6th.  The class will meet after school in room 217, starting at 2:45.  If interested, fill out this form and return it to Mr. Howerton in the main office.

Driver Education consists of both classroom and in the car instruction and the cost is $825.

The classroom portion is 30 hours broken into 15 modules of 2 hours each, while the in-car instruction  consists of 6 observation hours and 12 hours of behind the wheel instruction.  In addition parents must complete a 2 hour class which is valid for 5 years.  All classroom instruction, including the parent class, must be taken PRIOR to students beginning the driving portion of the program.

In order to be eligible for the class, students need to be 15 years 9 months old at the start of the class.
