Our school nurse educators recently led CPR training for elementary staff, ensuring our team is prepared to respond in an emergency. Every minute without CPR after cardiac arrest can decrease survival by nearly 10%. Grateful for our dedicated nurses and their life-saving work! ❤️🩺 #WeRMarshfield

The EMPower group at FBMS went to Plimoth Patuxet Museum and Mayflower II. 🧐⚓️🌎 EMPower is a teacher-led mentorship program at Furnace Brook Middle School that supports English Language Learners by fostering meaningful relationships, integrating language development into mentorship activities, promoting social-emotional well-being, and enhancing cultural awareness to help students successfully navigate their new academic and social environments. 💚 #WeRMarshfield



At this week’s school committee meeting, captains from fall sports presented the Athletic Leadership Council Captains' Class that they participated in over 6 weeks during the fall season. 🌟💚 Each captain discussed one of the 6 leadership competencies covered, how it resonated with them during the season and how they would continue to employ the skills in the future.
