With tomorrow’s projected winter storm slated to bring heavy amounts of snow, flooding in certain areas and potential power outages, the Marshfield Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 13th. In addition, there will be no afternoon or evening activities on the 13th.

At Furnace Brook Middle School, 7th grade shark students have been busy writing, practicing and acting out their short story skits. They wrote reimagined versions of classics like “ The Tell Tale Heart,” “The Monkey’s Paw,” and “The Necklace” -- just to name a few. We have some talented actors among us! 🎭🤩 #WeRMarshfield

To kick off the latest 4th grade writing unit, Mrs. Zayac and Mrs. Niland at EWS took their students’ Chromebooks away. The students had to write convincing paragraphs to get them back. They were very persuasive and their sad, sour expressions have since turned around! 😉💻✍️ #WeRMarshfield
